Support Worker - Benfleet (Social Care)

About the Role

We have opportunities available for a Full Time Support Worker (Social Care) to join our team at our respite home,

providing care for all of our young people including: personal care, bathing and showering, assistance with eating and

drinking, tube feeding, administration of medication, cooking, cleaning, and other activities as and when required.

Key roles and responsibilities:

-Provide support and personal care to our young adults.

-Maintain logs and records (on computer and written) and assist in the implementation of individual care programmes.
