Role overview:

* Key working a caseload of clients across the area, you’ll be given the trust to work autonomously and manage your own

schedule

* Working from home, the office and out in the community, you’ll work proactively to achieve positive outcomes and

goals outlined by individuals, by using a creative approach tailored to each person’s needs

* You’ll have chance to broaden or strengthen your skills in supporting a range of complex of needs, including housing
