Support Worker (Charity / Adult Care)

About the Role

We are looking for a committed and proactive Support Worker to join our team working with young people. This is a

rewarding frontline role where you will support young people to develop essential life skills, increase independence,

and move towards positive, sustainable futures.

You will work directly with customers in a supported accommodation setting, building trusting relationships and

providing practical, emotional, and administrative support. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, working closely with

internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centred support.
