About the Role

Your Responsibilities. Person-led Care. Youll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities,

autism, ABI and mental health. Youll support them to flourish in a place they call home. Youll empower the people we

support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives. Youll give high-quality support tailored to peoples needs. If you ever

have any concerns about how were delivering support, the person youre supporting or a colleague then youll raise this

promptly following our procedures. Safety and transparency are vital. Our approach is all about co-production with the

people we support. So youll work with them to design and plan things and create the best experiences together. Youll
