Responsibilities

• Support six individuals in their daily activities.
• Encourage independence and personal growth.
• Assist with tasks like cooking and shopping.
• Engage clients in arts and crafts and social outings.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week).
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Commitment to promoting independence.

Compensation
