About the Role
Our client is a leading care home operator in West Sussex. They are currently looking to recruit a Residential Support
Worker (Day team), to join their team, at their Children's Care Home based in Chichester, West Sussex. This position is
35 hours per week.
JOB PURPOSE
Be an appropriate role model to children in the home and help meet their practical needs by providing support, advice,
and assistance. To help children address their problems, concerns, and previous trauma and work with them to achieve
