About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

At London Paramount Care, being a Day Support Worker is both challenging and rewarding. You’ll work closely with

children and young people who have complex learning difficulties, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing tailored

care and creating a safe, supportive environment.

You’ll play a key role in their daily lives, assisting with personal care, supporting their education, and organising

recreational outings. Most importantly, you’ll help create a home where every child feels valued, supported, and able to
