JOB TITLE:Support Worker - Learning Disability/Mental Health LOCATION: Clondermott House, Derry-Londonderry POST:

Reserve List for Permanent/Temporary, Part-time/Full-TIme for Mental Health and Learning Disability Schemes within the

Derry-Londonderry Area. Clondermott House is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with

mental health issues. It is situated in the Waterside area of Derry~Londonderry. Clondermott House provides 24-hour

staff support services, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision

making. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent And 6 months experience in a formal
