About the Role
Are you passionate about empowering others and ready to be part of something truly meaningful? We're looking for a
dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our vibrant supported living service in central Swansea.
This is an 18.5 hour position, with an additional 9-hour sleep-in shift on a 5-week rolling rota (27.5 hours per week).
Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is key, you’ll work a variety of shifts including days (7:00 AM–7:00 PM),
evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-ins.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this role, as driving mobility vehicles is a key requirement to
