Support Worker

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for 3 full-time Support Workers (37.5 hrs) and 1 Support Worker for waking night shifts (27 hrs) in the PO8 postal area of Portsmouth.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily activities and personal care.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Document care plans and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with a trained team for effective support.

Requirements

• Full UK Manual driving licence required.
• Empathy and compassion towards individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Compensation

Compensation starts at £12.62 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience and performance.

Location & Schedule

Position based in Complain, PO8 postal area of Portsmouth. Full-time and part-time shifts available.
