About the Role
Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to people with
learning disabilities and other support needs. The support we offer is tailored to the individual client’s needs and
wants, whilst encouraging independence and community engagement. This role will be based at our registered care service
in Witham, Essex where we support 6 wonderful individuals.
As a successful candidate, you will receive a full local and corporate induction and complete the Care Certificate. On
completion of your probationary period, you will automatically be enrolled onto the NVQ level 3 diploma in Health and
