Support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated care team in Oxfordshire. In this role, you will provide person-centred care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and administer medication.
• Encourage engagement in social activities.
• Develop trusting relationships with service users.
• Support service users in daily living activities.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in providing quality care.
• No previous care experience required.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.
• Ability to build rapport with service users.
• Commitment to person-centred support.
