role provides a vital lifeline to individuals leaving prison who are at risk of homelessness or navigating complex

challenges such as trauma, mental ill‑health, substance use, domestic abuse, or ongoing involvement with the justice

system.

You'll play an essential role in helping clients maintain accommodation, increase stability, and take positive steps
