Workers who are innovative, enthusiastic and have good communication skills to come and join our Learning Disability
Provider Services teams at Short Term Breaks (Holicote).
Our service supports people to access their local community by providing personal and practical assistance to people
with a variety of needs, including behavioural and complex physical needs. Our main priority is to find people with the
