About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Day Care & Support Worker to provide exceptional care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. In this full-time role, you will work 42 hours per week, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those in our care at Dove Valley Mews. Your passion for healthcare will help empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach
• Provide guidance & encouragement through support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs
• Assist with and report on medical & welfare needs
• Safeguard and maintain a safe environment

• Enhanced DBS check required

Full-time position at Dove Valley Mews, including every other weekend.
