About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers (Days) for Morning Star House in Belfast. In this role, you will assist individuals experiencing homelessness by providing temporary accommodation and 24-hour support services, ensuring their needs are met effectively and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Keyworking support with clients.
• Risk assessing and support planning.

Requirements

• GCSE/O-Level in English & Maths or equivalent.
• Current NISCC registration or ability to obtain it.
• Proficient in ICT for communication and record keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and write clear reports.
