About the Role

Could you be the glitter to our glue?

Lufton College has 2 sites across 40 acres of beautiful countryside. We support young people and adults, between the age

of 16 – 25, that have autism with additional learning needs and associated complex behaviours across day, 38 and 52 week

placements. Our college aims to enrich and support students as they enter this important part of adulthood.

Due to growth, we are recruiting for Youth Support Workers to join our team. Our mission is to make extraordinary days,

everyday by giving our young people the skills and support to shine their brightest
