About the Role

We have fantastic new opportunities to join us and support our d/Deaf service users in Blackburn. We are looking for

confident Care & Support Workers with the passion to both deliver outstanding care, alongside play a role in empowering

d/Deaf service users to access the same recovery opportunities as their hearing peers. You will be working Full time(42

hours per week) across a mixed shift pattern of 3/4 12 hour shifts per weekwith a focus on supporting our d/Deaf

(profound, severe, partial or hard of hearing)service users with mental health needs, inside our new Deaf community step

down setting in Blackburn. This role requires native British Sign Language usage or a minimum Signature Level 2 as it is
