About the Role
The Role: To support a 29-year-old gentleman who has Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Difficulties and Severe Visual
Impairment. He is looking for a deputy team leader to join his well-established long-standing team, to provide 24-hour
support. You will have additional responsibilities for supporting a team of carers, and this involves helping to train,
and to manage and support all team members. You will also be required to provide care in his family home, but also to
access the community for a variety of different activities to ensure he lives the most fulfilling life. Full training to
be given to the successful applicant.
