About the Role

We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our Community Pathways team as Support Worker/Driver. Community

Pathways is a service registered with the Care Inspectorate. The service provides a blend of building based support,

projects and workshops, working with people in their own homes and local communities. Those accessing the service have

additional support needs including learning disabilities, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, neuro divergent

individuals and young people with service and care needs. The service is available for people aged 16 years and over.
