Support Worker Eating Disorder Service - Adults

About the Role

Clinical Responsibilities: Deliver supportive interventions tailored to individual needs. Promote engagement with the

EDSA and build resilience in clients. Assist in setting up and running therapeutic groups. Provide feedback to

clinicians to inform assessments and care plans. Service Development: Contribute to audits, surveys, and the creation of

clinical resources. Suggest improvements to working practices and highlight unmet needs. Administrative & Operational

Duties: Maintain patient records and manage own administrative tasks. Ensure appropriate use of Trust resources and

uphold confidentiality standards. Adhere to Trust policies including safeguarding, infection control, and equality &
