Support Worker

About the Role

Ashleigh, our service in Newcastle, supports up to 10 young Autistic people to enjoy a lifestyle of their choice. We

also have a number of day students who attend as part of ESPA College. We are looking for people who share our values

and attitudes and can work as part of a team. Experience of supporting people with disabilities is an advantage but not

essential. You will be offered extensive training from the day you join us and throughout your career.

In return, we can offer you:

o 6 weeks (including bank holidays) paid holiday increasing to 8 weeks
