Support Worker (Female Only)

About the Role

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Northwich supporting a young lady with PTSD. You would become an essential part of her existing care team in this fulfilling and exciting role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to the service user
• Promote independence and assist in daily activities
• Manage challenging behaviors with resilience
• Collaborate with the existing care team
• Document care activities and progress

Requirements

• Compassionate and reliable with a commitment to care
• Full enhanced DBS check required
• Ability to work in the UK and provide documentation
• Up-to-date CV showcasing relevant experience
• Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges

Compensation

Pay is £14 per hour for waking hours and £10.44 per hour for sleep shifts, with enhanced rates on Bank Holidays.

Location & Schedule

Position based in Northwich with 24-hour shifts including day and night options.
