Support Worker required to support James aged 14years who live in Crook Area.

James is a chatty, loves to socialise teenage boy who enjoys to be out and about talking to others and having fun.

James is wheelchair bound paralysed from the waist down with Spina bifida and hydrocephalus (VP shunt) and a neuropathic

bowel and bladder. James can become unsettled if he becomes overwhelmed and disregulated.
