About the Role

Purpose of the Role:

To provide person-centred support that empowers adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues to live

fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives, while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily living activities such as encouragement and support with personal hygiene, meal

preparation and household tasks. Ability to cook and clean is essential.
