About the Role

To all support workers out there...Peter will be moving to his own home and is on a journey to a more autonomous and

independent life. Peter is not someone who wants to be a bystander in his own life, he wants to be the leader of his

life. Peter does need some support to make sure this happens, so will need a team who he can trust and who trusts him

back, and a team who sees opportunities over barriers.

Contract hours: Several hours available
