About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals, empowering them through personalized care plans. Your role will involve promoting health and well-being while ensuring inclusive support for daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred practical and emotional support.
• Promote health and well-being of service users.
• Assist with personal care, eating, and mobility.
• Administer medication safely as trained.
• Engage service users in all aspects of their lives.

Requirements

• PVG Adults clearance (provided by us).
• SSSC registration required.
• SVQ2 or equivalent is desirable.
• Commitment to core values of care.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation

Salary ranges from £13.89 to £14.49 per hour, equating to £26,804.69 to £28,155.19 pro rata per annum.

Location & Schedule

Position based at Grove House, Kelso, with 13.25 hours per week.
