Supporting Young People Aged 16–25 with PMLD, Complex Needs & SEMH *Must be able to drive* We are seeking a dedicated

and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a unique farm-based and outdoor learning environment, supporting

young people aged 16–25 with PMLD, complex needs and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role is ideal

for someone who believes learning goes beyond the classroom and thrives through sensory experiences, practical
