About the Role

We’re privileged to work with some amazing people here at Upton Grey Close, our residential service for adults with

learning disabilities and additional needs.

As a Support Worker (known locally as Residential Services Officer), you’ll provide personalised support, helping

individuals take part in a variety of meaningful activities during their stay. We aim to make our short stay breaks feel

like a holiday, offering fulfilling experiences both in the community and within our safe, comfortable environment. Our

service is based in a spacious, modern building and you'll receive comprehensive induction and training, so you can
