About the Role
Hatzfeld Care Ltd provides high quality residential and day care through our specialised mental health, Dementia care
and residential care services. Each of our homes offers a unique environment providing high quality, consistent,
responsive care in a homely, supportive setting.
This role will be based at a Care Home that specialises with Mental health. As a Support Worker you will be expected to
work as part of a team by supporting the residents of the home. Providing practical support as well as encouraging
independence in line with the wishes of the residents and the requirements of the management.
