About the Role

AA Euro Healthcare is seeking qualified Support Workers for a relief role in Kesh, Co Fermanagh. Ideal candidates will have a background in social care and experience supporting individuals with complex needs. Responsibilities

• Assist with activities and care as per Integrated Care Plan.
• Report changes in condition or behavior to management.
• Facilitate social interactions for individuals in group settings.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR regulations.
• Perform additional duties as required by the service.

Requirements

• Qualification in Social Care or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience supporting individuals with challenging behavior.
• Full clean B driving license required.
• NISCC registration desirable.
