Responsibilities
- Provide support for young adults with autism and learning disabilities.
- Assist in developing independence and life skills.

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
- Compassionate and positive attitude.
- Experience in care or support roles preferred.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
