Support Worker - Homelessness & Learning Disabilities

About the Role

Oath Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers to work with adults who are homeless or at risk of

homelessness, and adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will be supporting people in supported

accommodation, hostels, community services and small residential settings to develop independence, improve wellbeing and

move towards their goals.
