About the Role

Hours: 22.5 per week

Salary: £25,027.20 per annum pro rata

Based at: Flintshire

Role Purpose: Adferiad provides a flexible, person-centred, solution focused floating support service across the County

of Flintshire; focusing on individuals who have history of repeated homelessness, and various complex needs, such as

mental health, substance use, and criminal offending. The emphasis of the project is to apply Housing First Principles
