About the service user

Part time live in support required for a 92 year old lady who is a power chair user due to leg amputation, she lives

with arthritis, type 2 diabetes and COPD her breathing can make her anxious.

H’s hearing is not as it used to be.

H is a smoker, she is happy to smoke outside when the weather permits or by the open door.
