JOB DESCRIPTION
THE EMPLOYER IS: CROSSFIRE TRUST As a Support Worker, you’ll help to meet service user needs on a daily basis. From
facilitating participation initiatives to working with the wider team including registered volunteers, to discuss what’s
best for the service user, you’ll help to change the lives of our clients. As a Support Worker you contribute to
ensuring effective and consistent best practice standards are followed. This will include some weekend working. You will
help ensure the well-being of clients’ programs which promotes personal development. A key component of this job is to
