About the Role

The Role: To support a 29-year-old gentleman who has Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Difficulties and Severe Visual

Impairment. He is looking for additional support workers to join his well-established long-standing team, to provide

24-hour support. You will be required to provide care in his family home, but also to access the community for a variety

of different activities to ensure he lives the most fulfilling life. Full training to be given to the successful

applicant.
