Support Worker (Keep My Home Project) - 37.5hrs per week - Rhyl

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a full-time member of staff to work on our "Keep My Home" project based in Rhyl.

Ideally applicants will have had experience in a similar role.

The project is staffed between 9.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-5.00pm on Saturdays.

living in Denbighshire to sustain their accommodation and prevent homelessness. The support provided will be flexible
