About the Role

Support Worker average 12 hours per week. Extra shifts if wanted. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small

award winning friendly team.

You will be supporting a young man with learning disability to lead a full and active live. The role includes supporting

with all aspects of daily living, and most importantly, out and about meeting with friends and attending

activities/enjoying a social life.

The successful candidate will be outgoing and caring, and have at least 12 months experience working in a similar
