About the Role
We are looking for floating support in the Torbay area for this YP for an initial period or 8 weeks, to start hopefully
as soon as possible, with a review at 6 weeks to see how Service User feels is getting on.
The 8 hours is to be split how best Service User feels fit with the floating support worker & would require support
with:
- Developing interests / hobbies and accessing local groups/teams such as looking at local volunteering opportunities to
get local connection
