Support Worker (Mental Health) - Sleep-In Only

About the Role

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual with a passion for supporting people with mental health needs? Care

Managers Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team for Sleep-In shifts only within our supported living

service. Key Responsibilities: Provide overnight support and reassurance to adults with mental health needs. Ensure the

safety and well-being of residents during the night. Respond appropriately to any emergencies or incidents. Record and

hand over observations to the day staff team. Requirements: Previous experience in mental health or supported living

preferred (training provided for the right candidate). Must be patient, empathetic, and professional. Right to work in
