About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care & Support Worker to provide exceptional care at Cygnet Aspen House. This role involves working 42 hours weekly, including days, nights, and weekends, to support women with severe mental illnesses in a safe and nurturing environment. Your contributions will significantly enhance the lives of those in our care.
Responsibilities
- Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach
- Offer guidance through physical and emotional support
- Assist with medical and welfare needs
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
