We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 42 hours a week (working 12 hour day shifts or night shifts ) , making a positive difference to the

lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Trinity House.

This is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
