delivering outstanding care. Youll be working42hours a week(working 12 hour day shifts or night shifts ), making a
positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atCygnet Trinity House. This is a specialist residential
service with nursing, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team also support individuals
