About the Role
Job Purpose
To provide person-centred housing-related support to vulnerable adults living in supported accommodation. The role
focuses on helping residents develop independent living skills, maintain their tenancy, improve wellbeing, and access
specialist services where needed. This is not a personal care role .
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Work with residents to create, review and update support plans based on their identified needs, goals and risks.
