About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Support Worker to work within our First Response Services in the Home Treatment
Team based in Congleton. The successful applicant will be expected to work across Urgent Care Mental Health First
Response Services, which will include Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services,
Liaison and Diversion Services and the Crisis Line.
The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply
a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this
