About the Role
Join Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 3 Support Worker in our Community Bridging Service!
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for caring, flexible individuals to
provide high-quality support to clients in their own homes, helping with daily living activities and promoting
independence.
You’ll work shifts between 8am and 9pm, including weekends, and play a vital role in early identification of
deteriorating patients, all while developing your skills through continuous professional development.
