About the Role

Support Workers are essential to Praxis Care’s mission, providing reliable support services and fostering independence in individuals.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to improve independent living skills.
• Implement individual and group support programmes.
• Promote a safe working and living environment.
• Administer medication according to policy.
• Maintain accurate administrative records.

Requirements

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Full valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work flexibly as needed.
• Experience in health and social care is desirable.

Compensation

Compensation details include a minimum additional payment of €101.60 per night for sleep-ins, with further details to be discussed.
