About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the North First Response Services for a passionate and dedicated support

worker to join the expanding service.

This role will involve you supporting service users who present in crisis to obtain support, reach positive outcomes and

safety plan with the support of clinical staff. Your role will require providing information and signposting, as well as

receiving and escalating referrals from other professionals, family and carers via the dedicated phone lines under the

NHS 111 mental health service provision.
