An NVQ level 2 (or above) certificate in Health and Social Care is essential for this role along with 6 months minimum
experience within a Dementia setting.
Location: Ashlea Lodge - Hylton Road, Millfield, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, SR4 7AB
Dementia Support Worker – 33 hrs available per week - Nights
